What is AllAI?

AllAI is a complete AI-powered customer engagement platform that combines chatbots, voicebots and messaging automation. We help businesses automate customer support, capture leads and provide 24/7 assistance across multiple channels including websites, WhatsApp and phone calls. Our platform is designed to be easy to set up and requires no coding skills.

How does the AI chatbot work?

Our AI chatbot uses advanced natural language processing to understand customer questions and provide accurate, contextual responses. You train the AI by uploading your website content, documents, FAQs or any text-based information. The AI learns from this content and can answer questions about your business, products, services and policies in a natural, conversational way.

What languages does AllAI support?

AllAI supports over 80 languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Romanian and many more. The AI automatically detects the visitor's language and responds accordingly. You can also set a primary language for your chatbot and enable multilingual support as needed.

Can AllAI handle phone calls?

Yes! Our Voice AI feature acts as a virtual receptionist that can answer phone calls 24/7. It handles inquiries, takes messages, schedules appointments and transfers calls to the right person when needed. The voicebot uses the same knowledge base as your chatbot, ensuring consistent responses across all channels. Voice AI is available on Professional and Enterprise plans.

How accurate are the AI responses?

Accuracy depends on the quality and completeness of your training data. When properly trained with relevant content, our AI achieves 90-95% accuracy in answering customer questions. The AI is designed to recognize when it doesn't know something and can seamlessly hand off to human support when needed. You can also review conversations and continuously improve responses over time.

Do I need technical skills to set up AllAI?

Not at all! AllAI is designed to be user-friendly and requires no coding knowledge. Setting up your chatbot takes just a few minutes: create an account, add your website URL or upload documents, customize the appearance and copy a simple code snippet to your site. We also offer WordPress and Shopify plugins for one-click installation.

What plans are available?

We offer four plans to suit different needs:
  • Free - Perfect for testing with 35 messages/month
  • Starter - For small businesses with 2,800 messages/month
  • Professional - For growing teams with 12,500 messages/month plus WhatsApp and Voice AI
  • Enterprise - For agencies and large teams with 55,000 messages/month plus white-label options

Is there a free trial?

Yes! Our Free plan has no time limit, so you can test the platform as long as you need. For paid features, we offer a 14-day free trial on any plan with no credit card required. This gives you full access to all features to evaluate whether AllAI is the right fit for your business.

Can I change my plan anytime?

Absolutely! You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately. When you upgrade, you'll be charged the pro-rated difference. When you downgrade, you'll receive credit for the next billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards and PayPal. Enterprise customers can also pay via bank transfer with custom invoicing. All payments are securely processed through Stripe and we never store card details on our servers.

Are there any setup fees?

No, there are no setup fees, hidden costs or long-term contracts. You only pay the monthly or annual subscription fee for your chosen plan. Enterprise customers requiring custom integrations or dedicated support may have additional professional services fees, which are quoted separately.

What happens if I exceed my message limit?

Your chatbot will continue working - we won't cut your service in the middle of a conversation. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit and again when you've exceeded it. You can choose to upgrade your plan or purchase additional message credits. There are no automatic overage charges without your consent.

Setup & Integration

How long does setup take?

Most users have their chatbot live in 10-15 minutes. The process involves creating an account, entering your website URL (which we automatically scan for content), customizing the widget appearance and adding a code snippet to your site. WordPress and Shopify users can complete setup in less than 5 minutes using our plugins.

How do I install the chatbot on my website?

There are three easy options:
  • Code snippet - Copy and paste a small JavaScript code before the </body> tag
  • WordPress plugin - Install our official plugin and enter your API key
  • Shopify app - One-click install from the Shopify App Store
We also offer integrations for Webflow, Wix, Squarespace and other popular platforms.

What platforms do you integrate with?

AllAI integrates with over 50 platforms including WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack, WhatsApp Business, Google Calendar, Calendly and many more. Can I customize the chatbot's appearance?

Yes! You have full control over your chatbot's look and feel. Customize colors, fonts, button styles, avatar, welcome messages and position on the page. You can match your brand perfectly. Enterprise customers can also use white-label branding to completely remove AllAI branding and use their own logo and domain.

How do I train the AI with my content?

Training is simple and flexible. You can:
  • Enter your website URL and we'll automatically crawl and learn from your pages
  • Upload documents (PDF, Word, text files)
  • Paste text content directly
  • Add Q&A pairs for specific questions
  • Connect your help center or knowledge base
The AI updates automatically when you add new content. Paid plans include auto-training that periodically re-scans your website.

Can I use AllAI on multiple websites?

Yes! The number of chatbots (and websites) depends on your plan. Free and Starter plans include 1 chatbot, Professional includes 5 chatbots, and Enterprise includes 20 chatbots. Each chatbot can have its own training data, appearance and settings - perfect for managing multiple brands or client websites.

🔒 Security & Privacy

Is my data safe?

Absolutely. Security is our top priority. We use industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, AES-256 encryption for stored data, regular security audits and strict access controls. Our infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud providers with SOC 2 compliance.

Are you GDPR compliant?

Yes, AllAI is fully GDPR compliant. We provide all the necessary tools for compliance including consent collection, data access requests, data deletion (right to be forgotten) and data portability. We also offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for all customers. Our privacy practices are documented in our Privacy Policy.

Where is data stored?

Your data is stored in secure data centers within the European Union (Germany and the Netherlands). Enterprise customers can request specific data residency requirements. All data centers are SOC 2 Type II certified, ISO 27001 compliant and feature redundant storage with automatic backups.

Do you share data with third parties?

We never sell your data. We only share data with trusted service providers necessary for operating our platform (cloud hosting, payment processing, etc.) and only under strict data protection agreements. We do not use your conversations to train AI models that benefit other customers. Your data remains yours.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. You can delete individual conversations, training data or your entire account at any time from the dashboard. When you delete data, it is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days (to allow for backup cycles). You can also request complete data deletion by contacting support.

What encryption do you use?

We use bank-grade encryption across the entire platform:
  • In transit - TLS 1.3 encryption for all API and web traffic
  • At rest - AES-256 encryption for all stored data
  • Passwords - Bcrypt hashing with strong salt
  • API keys - Secure random generation with rotation option

Do you have an API?

Yes! We offer a comprehensive REST API for developers who want to integrate AllAI into their applications. The API allows you to send messages, retrieve conversations, manage training data, access analytics and much more. API access is available on Enterprise plans. What is your uptime guarantee?

We maintain a 99.9% uptime guarantee for all paid plans, backed by our Service Level Agreement (SLA). Enterprise customers receive a 99.99% uptime SLA with compensation for any downtime beyond the guaranteed level. You can check real-time status and historical uptime on our status page.

How do I integrate with my CRM?

We offer native integrations with popular CRMs including HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho. Leads captured by your chatbot are automatically synced to your CRM with full conversation history. For other CRMs, you can use our Zapier integration or REST API. Setup typically takes just a few minutes.

Can I export conversations?

Yes, you can export all conversation data at any time. Export options include CSV and JSON formats, with filters for date range, chatbot and conversation status. Exports include full conversation transcripts, timestamps, visitor information and any custom fields you've collected.

Does the chatbot affect website performance?

Our widget is designed to have minimal impact on your website. The script is only 15KB (gzipped), loads asynchronously so it doesn't block your page and uses a global CDN for fast delivery. The widget only initializes when visible and all heavy processing happens on our servers, not in the visitor's browser.
