February 2026 was an intense month for the AllAI team. We launched a series of major updates that make the platform more powerful, more intuitive, and more accessible than ever. From Voice AI 2.0 to a completely redesigned dashboard, here's everything that's new.

1. Voice AI 2.0 — More Natural Voices, Reduced Latency

The most anticipated update of the month is, without a doubt, Voice AI 2.0. We completely rebuilt the voice engine to deliver a conversational experience nearly indistinguishable from a human operator.

What Changed Specifically

  • 60% reduced latency — Response time dropped from ~1.8 seconds to under 0.7 seconds. Conversation flows naturally, without awkward pauses.
  • Improved voices — We added 4 new voices with natural intonation and accent. The customer feels like they're talking to a real person.
  • Emotion detection — Voice AI now detects the customer's tone (frustration, enthusiasm, confusion) and adapts its response accordingly.
  • Simultaneous multilingual support — The same phone line can handle conversations in multiple languages, with automatic language switching.

If you're already using Voice AI, the upgrade to 2.0 happens automatically — no configuration needed. Check the new voices in Dashboard > Voice AI > Voice Settings and choose the voice that best matches your brand.

2. Dashboard Redesign — Real-Time Conversation Visualization

We rewrote the dashboard interface from scratch, focusing on what matters most: seeing immediately what's happening with your chatbot.

Dashboard Highlights

  • Live Feed — Watch conversations in real time as they happen. You can intervene at any moment with a single click.
  • Visual Metrics — Interactive charts for resolution rate, customer satisfaction, conversation volume, and generated leads.
  • Activity Map — See where visitors come from and which pages they interact with the chatbot on.
  • Smart Alerts — Receive notifications when the chatbot can't answer a new question or when a VIP customer writes.
  • Dark Mode — Yes, we added dark mode too. We wanted it ourselves.

The new dashboard is available for all plans, including the Free plan. Access it from the AllAI control panel.

3. AI Auto-Training — The Chatbot Learns Automatically from Conversations

This is the feature that excites us the most. AI Auto-Training allows the chatbot to automatically identify gaps in its knowledge and propose new responses based on real conversations.

How It Works

  1. Analysis — The system analyzes all conversations and identifies questions the chatbot couldn't answer satisfactorily.
  2. Response generation — The AI proposes new responses based on your business context and existing data.
  3. Admin approval — You receive a notification with suggestions. You decide what gets published (human-in-the-loop).
  4. Instant deploy — Approved responses are active immediately, without full retraining.

AI Auto-Training never publishes responses without your approval. Control remains 100% in your hands. You can configure the autonomy level from Dashboard > Settings > Auto-Training.

4. New Integrations: Calendly, Notion, Monday.com

We added three highly requested integrations from the community:

Calendly

The chatbot can schedule meetings directly in your Calendly calendar, checking availability in real time. The customer picks a time, receives confirmation — everything automated, without back-and-forth emails.

Notion

Automatically sync leads and important conversations to a Notion database. Ideal for teams using Notion as a CRM or internal wiki.

Monday.com

Automatically create tasks in Monday.com from chatbot conversations. When a customer reports an issue, a ticket is automatically generated with all conversation details.

All three integrations can be configured in under 5 minutes from the Integrations page. No technical knowledge required.

5. WhatsApp Improvements — Interactive Templates

The WhatsApp Business module receives an important update with interactive templates:

  • Quick reply buttons — The customer taps a button instead of typing (e.g., "Yes, confirm appointment" / "I want another time").
  • Option lists — Display a menu with up to 10 options for the customer to choose from (e.g., product selection, department choice).
  • Image templates — Send promotional messages with image, text, and CTA button, directly from AllAI.
  • Product carousels — Display up to 10 products with image, price, and order button, directly in WhatsApp.

Interactive templates increase response rates by up to 40% compared to plain text messages, according to our internal tests.

6. Upgraded Free Plan — Now 300 Messages

We listened to your feedback. The AllAI free plan has been significantly upgraded:

  • 300 messages/month (previously 100) — enough to test the platform with real traffic.
  • Access to AI Auto-Training — with a limit of 5 suggestions/week.
  • 1 integration included — choose one from available options (WhatsApp, Messenger, Slack, etc.).
  • Basic analytics — charts with conversation volume and resolution rate.
  • No time limit — the Free plan remains free permanently, no 14-day trial.
💡 Pro Tip

If you're on the Free plan and use up the 300 messages before month's end, you don't lose your chatbot. Visitors will see a redirect message to email or phone. Or you can upgrade anytime from the Dashboard.
