80-minute sessions with both partners. Communication, conflicts, intimacy, infidelity, separation decisions. Systemic and emotionally focused approach (EFT).

Age-adapted sessions (4-17 years). Play therapy, art therapy, adapted CBT. Anxiety, ADHD, school difficulties, bullying. Includes parental counseling.
Mindfulness groups (max 8 people) or individual sessions. Breathing techniques, guided meditation, mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR).
