Track your package in real time with the AWB number
How do I track my package?Enter the AWB (Air Waybill) number on the tracking page at www.transexpress-arad.ro/tracking or use our chatbot. The AWB is a 12-digit number, received by email and SMS upon shipment.
What information do I see?Date and time of each stage: pickup from sender, arrival at warehouse, departure from warehouse, out for delivery, delivered. Name of the recipient who signed.
Automatic notificationsYou receive SMS and email at every status change: package picked up, in transit, out for delivery, delivered. You can activate WhatsApp notifications from your online account.
Package Statuses
What each tracking status means
AWB generatedThe sender has created the courier order. The package is to be picked up by the courier.
Picked up from senderThe courier has collected the package from the sender's address. The package is on its way to the sorting warehouse.
In warehouse — sortingThe package has arrived at the TransExpress warehouse and is being sorted for the delivery route.
In transitThe package is on its way to the warehouse closest to the destination or directly to the delivery address.
Out for deliveryThe package is on the courier's vehicle and will be delivered today. Estimated window: 09:00-18:00 (Mon-Fri) or 09:00-14:00 (Sat).
DeliveredThe package has been handed to the recipient. Confirmation signature recorded. POD available on request.
Failed delivery attemptThe courier attempted delivery but the recipient was not found. Automatically rescheduled for the next day. After 3 attempts: the package is returned to the sender.
Returned to senderThe package could not be delivered (recipient absent 3 attempts, wrong address, refused) and is returned to the original sender.

Prohibited items for transportWe do not transport: hazardous substances, weapons, drugs, perishable products without thermal packaging, live animals, cash, original identity documents, items worth over 50,000 RON without extended insurance.
