1. Free consultationWe meet (in person or online) to discuss your event: theme, budget, number of guests, special wishes. Duration: ~1 hour.
2. Customized proposalYou receive a detailed proposal within 48h: concept, timeline, recommended vendors, budget breakdown by category.
3. Planning & coordinationYour coordinator handles all the details: vendor contracts, tastings, rehearsals, event day timeline.
4. Event dayOur team is on-site 2-4 hours before. We coordinate everything: setup, vendors, timeline, any unexpected situations.
